Questions

Do I need an account?

No. You can convert within the free daily allowance straight away. A free account keeps your export settings (date format, columns) on every device, and you need one to choose a paid plan.

What counts as a statement?

One PDF file, however many pages it has. Opening the same file again on the same day isn't counted twice. After your free statement for the day you can still convert and check more statements on screen; downloading or copying them needs a paid plan. The free allowance resets at midnight (Harare time).

How do I pay?

With EcoCash. Choose a plan, enter your EcoCash number and approve the payment with your EcoCash PIN on your phone. Your plan starts straight away.

Does it renew automatically?

No. Your plan runs for the month or year you paid for, then returns to Free. Your account page shows the end date. Pay again before it ends and the new month or year is added on from that date, so you never lose days.

Are my statements uploaded?

No, on every plan the PDF is read inside your browser and never sent to us. Your account only records the date, bank and number of transactions of each conversion.

Can I get an invoice for my school?

Yes. Email support@nupay.co.zw with your payment reference and the school's details.
